Bouncy Pork recipe:

4 shrimp/prawns
100g minced pork
1 tbsp corn/tapioca starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Black pepper
3 tbsp ice cold water
1 tsp sesame oil
Blend together

My favorite MAMA (instant noodles) flavor. I had 2 packages left, so I cooked them all. Bouncy pork -- great! Spicy Tom Yum soup -- great! (Spicy, sweet and sour). Thai chili oil smells great. A delicious, simple end-of-the-month menu.
