Our lunch for today!

beef bulalo

ingredients:

1 kg beef shank
1/2 pc cabbage, individually detached
2 small bundles pechay
2 pcs corn, divided into three
2 tsp whole pepper corn
1/4 cup green onions
1 med size onion
5 cups water
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 pcs green long pepper (optional)
beef broth (optional) me, i did not add....

if you don't use pressure cooker, boil the meat for 1&1/2 hours or until the meat becomes tender!
