Ingredients:

Button mushrooms: ½ kg
Oil: 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion: 1
Finely chopped garlic: 6-7
Finely chopped green capsicum: 1
Finely chopped red capsicum: ½
Garam masala: 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Some finely chopped coriander leaves
Vegan mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Bread slices

Recipe:

To make vegan chicken:-

Take ½ kg button mushrooms.
Separate mushrooms from stems.
Wash the stems properly.
Split the stems lengthwise with hands.
Heat some oil on a medium flame.
Add finely chopped onions and garlic, and fry.
Add finely chopped green capsicum, red capsicum and the mushroom stems.
Fry all the ingredients for about 4-5 minutes until mushrooms change the colour.
Add garam masala, salt and black pepper powder.
Now add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Your vegan chicken is now ready!

To make the sandwich:

Transfer the vegan chicken in a bowl.
Add vegan mayonnaise.
Spread the mixture on the bread slice, toast and serve!
