Turkish Kabab
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 large
-Red bell pepper cubes ½ Cup
-Yellow bell pepper cubes ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
-Parsley ½ Cup
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 2

Directions:
-In chopper,add onion,red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,garlic and parsley,chop coarsely & set aside.
-In bowl,add beef mince,grinded mixture,salt,black pepper powder,red chili crushed and garam masala powder,mix until well combined & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil and spread it.
-Now add marinated beef and spread evenly,cook on medium low flame for 5 minutes then cut with the help of the cutter.
-Turn carefully and cook on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 5 minutes) & take out in a serving plate.
-In the same frying pan,add tomato slices and cook from both sides & set aside.
-Add green chilies and cook from both sides & set aside.
-Serve Turkish kabab with rice,tomato & green chilies.

Ajza:

-Oil 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 2

-Chopper mein pyaz,red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,lehsan aur parsley dal ker coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein beef qeema,grinded mixture,namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed aur garam masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil dal ker pheela lein.
-Ab marinated beef dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein phir cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Carefully turn karein aur dono sides sa halki ancch per pak janay tak paka lein (approx. 5 minutes) & serving plate mein nikal lein.
-Us he frying pan mein tamatar dal ker dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Hari mirch dal dein aur dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Turkish kabab ko chawal,tamatar aur hari mirch ka saath serve karein.
