Amar Haat Bandhibi | Bangla Folk-Rock Song | Cosmopolitan Theory

Описание к видео Amar Haat Bandhibi | Bangla Folk-Rock Song | Cosmopolitan Theory

'Amar haat Bandhibi' is a traditional Bengali Folk song collected by Mr. Santanu Dutta, a musicologist from Santiniketan from a female singer whose name could not be known in a distant village from the town of Behrampore, West-bengal, India.
However, the song's very first line has clearly been inspired by Syleth, Bangladesh's legendary poet, Shah Abdul Karim's "Amar Haat Bandhibo, Faao Bandhibo.."

Cosmopolitan Theory is a Bengali/English progressive rock band originates from the northern parts of Kolkata, West-Bengal. Formed in 2019, as a progressive Bangla rock band they always look forward to present their cover numbers in the most unique way in terms of arrangement. Keeping in line with the genre specifications the band tries to bring up the old melodies once again and spread the vibe into the present generation with completely different but crisp arrangements and progressions.
