½ Onion, Large, chopped
12 oz (350 g) Baby Spinach
9 oz (250 g) Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste
½ cup Parsley, Chopped
9 x 9 inch (23 x 23 cm) Puff Pastry (store-bought)
1 egg (for egg wash)
