Notes on a New Zealand City. Wellington 1971

Wellington could have made different decisions back in 1971 which would have resulted in a more sustainable city. Unfortunately, almost everything was designed around the car, leaving people who walked and cycled as second class citizens. This is not a mistake which Wellington or New Zealand were unique in making. The same thing happened in very many cities in countries across the world.
