It's our third day in Hokkaido and on this video, we're exploring the Hokkaido port city of Otaru, we will also ride a cable car that take you to the top of the mountain and you will witness one of the most spectacular views of Sapporo. It is also this time of year, the start of the much awaited Sapporo Snow Festival 2024, wherein amazing ice and snow sculptures are on display.

Just a 40min train ride from Sapporo is the town of Otaru. It is famous for its fresh seafood, glassworks and music box. It also houses the famous Otaru Canal with its own festival, Otaru Snow Light Path.
