Engaging in any of these tips for coping with your anxiety will help you to decrease overall anxiety levels while also helping you to calm down quicker when you do experience anxiety.

This video is created by Katie McLaughlin, LPCC-S, founder of Cedar Rose Counseling & Wellness—a holistic therapy practice specializing in anxiety treatment for women.
