In Word, you can insert mathematical symbols into equations or text by using the equation tools.On the Insert tab, in the Symbols group, click the arrow under Equation, and then click Insert New Equation.Under Equation Tools, on the Design tab, in the Structures group click the small triangle below the Integral button. Select your desired integral sign from the drop down list to insert it.
Sometimes we have a large fraction within integral sign. Strangely the Equation editor does not expand the size of the integral with the fraction.
This video provides solution to this problem. All we need to do is select the integrand and select Stretch N-ary operator.
