• 4 cups flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 12 tbsp sugar
• (Optional: 1 egg – I skipped it)
Mix with water into a slightly sticky dough, coat with oil, and rest for 1+ hour. Roll into thin sheets, fold like parotta, shallow fry till golden & flaky.

Step 2: Beef Patty
• Minced beef (or grind boneless beef)
• 1½ tbsp ginger–garlic–green chilli paste (5–6 garlic cloves + ½ inch ginger + 2 green chillies)
• 1 tsp salt (or as per taste)
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp crushed pepper
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• Squeeze of lemon juice
Mix everything, shape into balls, smash on a hot pan 🔥, cook, top with cheese 🧀, and let it melt.

Step 3: Burger Sauce
Mix garlic mayo + mustard + ketchup = the perfect burger sauce 😍.

Step 4: Assemble
