Seth McAfee, M.D. is an Otolaryngologist with a specialization in Neurotology, which is medical and surgical treatment of ear problems. Dr. McAfee shares the important of hearing, not solely from a technical standpoint, but also a social and intellectual aspect as it is imperative in the social and learning process. Dr. McAfee will be one of the only physicians and surgeons in the area to perform cochlear implantation surgery which can be performed at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. This will be for patients who are deaf or who may have severe hearing loss without having to travel to New York City or Philadelphia for this specialized surgery.
