How to Play Twilight Struggle (a Tutorial Let's Play): Episode 3

In this series, I will explain how to play Twilight Struggle, the computer adaptation of the popular boardgame of the same name. I will be playing the role of the USA and trying to defeat the worldwide communist threat, led by the USSR, in a game that spans the cold war era from 1946 to 1989. Along the way I will be explaining the rules of the game, how the game works, and as much of the strategy behind my play as I can. I am by no means an expert at this game, but hopefully you will learn enough to play this on your own or with your friends.
