A breech baby means baby’s bottom or feet are down instead of the head.
It’s common before 32 weeks—but if the baby stays breech close to due date, your doctor may suggest:
🔄 External Cephalic Version (ECV)
🧘‍♀ Breech-safe exercises
👩‍⚕ Planned C-section if needed

A breech baby does NOT mean a failed pregnancy—it just means more planning. Trust your doctor and your body. 💗
