LAND is an environmental law non-profit based in Northern Ontario that believes to protect nature, environmental and Indigenous rights, we must advance access to justice – to ensure everyone has a say, and that their voice is heard.

This comprehensive educational series pairs essential legal resources with powerful discussions about access to justice, Indigenous rights, and environmental justice. Throughout the series, you'll hear directly from community and Indigenous leaders who are shaping the future of climate law and biodiversity protection and together, we explore the origins and legal foundations of Indigenous rights and the role of the Indigenous grassroots in protecting lands and waters.
