Welcome to the first video of a new series called Saying Good-Bye. The first park we take on is Walt Disney World's Epcot. Beginning September 8, 2019, many areas around Future World in Epcot are moving, being refurbished, or closing forever.

In this vlog, we focus on Saying Good-Bye to Epcot's Leave a Legacy structures located at the front of Epcot. It's important to note that these Leave a Legacy structures are not gone forever. They will be moved to another area somewhere outside Epcot's gates. Still, I wanted to document them while they were inside of the park.

The Leave a Legacy program began at Epcot in 1999. It was a way for guests to commemorate their visit to Epcot before the turn of the century. The Leave a Legacy program at Epcot ended in 2007. The Leave a Legacy monoliths are being removed from the Epcot main entrance in preparation for an overhaul. They will be located somewhere outside of the park, so keep your eyes open.
