Why bottom water? 🌱
💚 The plant will take up the water it needs, less chance of over watering & root rot.
💚 Helps keep roots healthy & strong.
💚 More consistent water distribution - no dry patches or extra wet spots.
💚 Can be easier and less messy than top watering bushy plants.
⚡ Especially useful with delicate plants & dry soil plants like cacti & succulents. 🌵

how to Bottom Water:
✔️ Take a shallow dish or pot and fill it up halfway with water
⏱️ Place your plant in the dish for 15 minutes to an hour depending on how big the pot is.
✔️ When the top of the soil is moist you are all done.
💡 Add in fertilizer too if your plant needs it!
⏱️ Top water every month or so to help rinse out excess minerals.
