Getting Rid of *UGLY* BLACK ALGAE [Plus Bonus Tips!]

Here's my solution for getting rid of ugly black bearded algae! I've kept it in check with phosphate pads, water changes and by cutting back how long I run the lights. But now I want to totally get RID of it! Here's my solution along with a few bonus tips!
