Quick comparison between by 2008 Warwick Streamer Stage II 4 string and 2011 Warwick Streamer LX 5 string. Both basses pre-amps are set flat, and compared back to back with both pickups, bridge pickups, and neck pickups. Both basses have ovangkol necks with wenge fretboards. Stage II has neck thru construction and afzelia body, while the LX has a bolt on neck and AAA flamed maple body. Both basses have active MEC jazz pickups and active preamps: Stage II has 3 band (treble, mid, bass), LX has 2 band (treble and bass only). Both basses were recently restrung with DR Lo-Rider strings.
