It’s officially hosting season so we want to give you some creative ways to incorporate Fat Ass Beers into your holiday season! Next time you’re at the ranch don’t forget a 6-pack of blonde ale to make this incredible dish.

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 cups)
4 ounces Gruyère cheese (about 1 cup)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 (12-ounce) Dumb Ass Blonde Ale
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tbsp butter over medium heat. Whisk in 3 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder until smooth and foamy, about 30 seconds.
Slowly whisk in 12 oz of your Dumb Ass Blonde Ale and 1 cup milk. Simmer, whisking often, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Lower heat, add 1/2 tsp salt, then gradually whisk in cheese until fully melted. Serve warm.
