Diving into the unexpected journey of creating a stand for an art piece that means a lot to me. Originally, the art piece and stand was supposed to be one cohesive unit and one video, but because the stand is so cool and requires many disciplines as well as an unfortunate incident, it got its own video.. Made from laminated walnut with hickory accents, this piece has become a testament to the balance between creativity and the pressure of deadlines. I share my thoughts on how deadlines, far from stifling creativity, actually fuel it—pushing me to turn ideas into reality rather than letting them linger in the “what if” zone.
