Welcome to Melbourne Airport, Australia's second largest airport! This video was recorded over an entire day from 7am-5:30pm on a stunning winters day with runway 34 operations. Completely sunny days in winter isn't super common in Melbourne and when a day like that arsis, it leads to some tremendous results. In winter, the sun is low on the horizon all day which makes the light very soft and the colours very vibrant!

I composed this video in chronological order from when things were captured and it goves an accurate look into a typical day of plane spotting at Melbourne during the winter of 2024. Some flights, particularly from New Zealand still used runway 27 but I managed to capture the majority.
