The key to understanding the Pope on other religions

You cannot expect to understand contemporary comments on salvation and interfaith dialogue apart from Lumen Gentium. Pope Francis over the past several days has made a number of comments about other faith traditions, and Lumen Gentium is the key to charitably interpreting his words in the light of faith.
