I have seen lots of stuff on YT and Reddit about Dimensional Jumping AKA 2 Cup Method. This is a law of attraction, manifestation technique that gives you a nice feeling of hands on and doing something about your intentions...not just feeling good and waiting for inspired action. So that was very satisfying for me.

You can use the post it notes to write the current and future states and then stick them to the glasses. I don't like to be told what to do so I used a sharpie instead. Washes right off the glass.
