The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has called on the government to establish an institutional framework and formulate a national policy to address the emerging issues faced by ethnic minorities in Uganda. This appeal was made during a stakeholders' engagement on the inclusion of Uganda’s Indigenous Ethnic Minorities, held at the EOC headquarters in Kampala.
