Why not my say-so? Taking a passage from Wittgenstein's "On Certainty", I take a look at the difference between saying "I know" and knowing. I briefly discuss what the utterance "I know" constitutes, the true value of a guarantee, and the use in meeting one's epistemic burdens. This follows from the first in my series, "Why not... JTB?" and is a response to confusion regarding knowing and saying "I know", and is a response to a few posts I saw disparaging the usefulness of justification.
