DIY - How to make the best saltwater fish Chum pipe/bucket

I'm making the best Chum pipe out there with a twist.
I find that this way I can attract and have the fish eating closer to the Kayak and not having the chunks of chum drifting away by the tides current.

It was also my firts time catching a Stingray.
