To format a micro SD card using the command prompt, follow these steps:

Insert the micro SD card into your computer’s card reader.
Open the Command Prompt by pressing the Windows key + R and typing cmd in the Run dialog box.
In the Command Prompt window, type diskpart and press Enter.
Type list disk and press Enter. This will display all the disks connected to your computer.
Identify the disk number of your micro SD card from the list of disks.
Type select disk disk number and press Enter. Replace disk number with the disk number of your micro SD card.
Type clean and press Enter. This will erase all data on the micro SD card.
Type create partition primary and press Enter. This will create a new primary partition on the micro SD card.
Type format fs=fat32 quick and press Enter. This will format the micro SD card with the FAT32 file system.
