How To Fix an OWC ThunderBay Drive - Disk Failure, Disk Replacement & RAID Rebuild

I own an OWC ThunderBay 4 Drive. It’s been a dependable drive for me for many years. One day, I powered up my computer and the OWC drive and got an error message: Disk predicted to fail. This was very scary, as I have a lot of important data on the drive. Luckily, my OWC ThunderBay drive has 4 individual drives in it and since it’s RAID 5, if just one of those drives fails, it can be replaced and all of my data will still be ok.
