Cup of Conversation is another good warmer to improve your students' fluency. Students pick topics from a cup and discuss it in pairs, and then change topics and swap partners.

The key to fluency in any language is to use it as often and as much as they can. There is no need to interrupt/correct students during this activity - let them speak uninhibited for the duration.
