High above Yoshi's Island, a stork flying newborns Mario and Luigi is attacked by the Magikoopa Kamek. The villainous koopa manages to kidnap Baby Luigi, but Mario falls from the stork and lands on a Yoshi on the island below. A group of Yoshis agree to work together to reunite the baby brothers, who are psychically linked and can each tell where the other is located.

Help the Yoshis as they face the challenges of Yoshi's Island and prepare for battle against a young Bowser, who is intent on ending the threat of his future foes before they are old enough to defend themselves. YYYYYYYOSHI!
