This video will show you how to knit this work the C6F cable stitch in this gorgeously chunky and very simple cable that's in my Oscar Bobble Hat Knitting Pattern.
This cable is demonstrated on a pair of single pointed needles but you can also follow these instructions for in-the-round knitting too. I hope this helps.
