Discover Nature’s Beauty in Peniche & Baleal | Portugal Surf Trip

The last of our month long travels and surf trip to Portugal ended in Peniche and Baleal. While we loved our time in Ericeira, the surf was too big and blown out most days during our time there in November. So while looking for another surf town near us, we came across Peniche and Baleal. This area ended up being a combination of a lot of different vibes, but ultimately was a lovely place to stay. The combination of a city like Peniche and small surf town like Baleal, surrounded by beautiful nature, made it a great place to explore around. Also, while staying here, we took a day trip to Nazaré and watched a surf competition, which was an incredible experience.
