0:20 – 1:10 Prompt engineering is the hidden layer
The universal language is English – therefore the PROMPT is the real API.
Most “prompt-engineering” advice ignores that the prompt must be self-contained and unambiguous at first read.
If you cannot classify the semantic intent of your own prompt, you will never build a reliable smart-contract around it.

Speaker rapidly lists three Classification codes that already encode “supervision of power-supply failure”:

Take-away: every functional claim you want to teach an LLM has already been codified somewhere. Your prompt must explicitly reference these codes or you will hallucinate novelty that does not exist.
2:30 – 3:15 Protocol mind-set: subscribers enter, subscribers leave
A strong protocol has to handle ADD and REMOVE subscriber events with the same rigor as core logic.
Draw the state machine on a whiteboard: the legal team will see compliance gaps; the tech team will see race-conditions; the prompt-engineer will see missing utterances.
3:15 – 4:10 Periphery training by “language-native” annotators
You do NOT want subject-matter experts labelling data.
You want people who can solve problems without understanding the domain, because they will phrase the edge cases in plain English that the model can generalise.
Run a “cyber-drill”: give annotators a chaotic GUI (the GST-tax example) and let them write the shortest English story that gets the user to the happy path. Those stories become your few-shot prompts.
4:10 – 5:00 Live worked example – GST amount changed, credits short
Candidate scenario: checkout page shows lower tax-credit than expected.
Instead of failing, candidate selects alternate good of same value, completes purchase, credits reconcile.
Prompt-engineering lesson: the label is not “GST bug” but “user reaches equal-value alternate good”. That is the supervisory signal.
5:00 – 6:00 Circular-economy & re-use patterns
SDG-12 (2030) target is literally “reuse components to meet anticipated subscriber usage pattern”.
Every patent listed from now on must be cross-checked against this reuse principle.
6:00 – 7:30 Forecasting, buffering, charging – more CPC codes
H02J 3/003 – forecast future load demand
H02J 7/34 – parallel operation of storage & DC sources
H02J 7/1415 – circuit arrangement for charging + depolarising batteries
These are the training scenarios you will need:
a. Forecast spike → decide whether to reuse refurbished pack or buy new capacity.
b. Buffering logic → write prompt that chooses “reuse” when State-of-Health more than 70 % and predicted load and less than 80 % of name-plate.
7:30 – 8:10 Optimisation is the fourth pillar (after monitor, control, regulate)
Optimisation prompts must output a verifiable boolean: “This schedule saves ≥ x % CO₂ vs baseline AND keeps SoH ≥ y %”. If the prompt cannot emit a boolean you cannot reward it during RLHF.
8:10 – 9:00 Environmental compliance codes
G06F 21/1910 – environmental legislation compliance
G06Q 10/631 – resource planning & distribution
G06F 16/2457 – query processing adapted to user needs (ranking)
G06F 16/21 – database maintenance
G06Q 30/18 – certifying businesses & products
G06Q 10/6375 – prediction of business-process outcome after a proposed change
These six codes are the evaluation suite: a “good” prompt must be able to read an arbitrary circular-economy plan and flag which of the six codes will be violated.
9:00 – 10:00 Wall-of-memory close-out
Do not publish flow-charts until the December protocol drop.
Public proofs are still under review.
Next deliverable: a minimal SMART-CONTRACT application that embeds the above prompts as executable clauses (Solidity or Rust – language still open).

Section 14 enshrines the applicant’s right to know the objections and to be heard before any adverse order is passed; failure to comply renders the subsequent order vulnerable on appeal.
