Forsaken is a planet unlike the others in its solar system. It is broken, forsaken by its previous inhabitants in their hubris, ruined beyond repair. Magic, nature, even life itself is entirely out of balance, and the remaining peoples have had three centuries to acclimate. The Rustcallers have long been forgotten, their tech and outposts buried and left behind are picked clean for a new life. The Old Gods are no more, replaced by a religious order, The Night Watch, governing Farlight City and it’s inhabitants. Scavengers leave the city borders into the Reclaimed Wastes, the Obsidian Forest, and the Mossy Sea in search of old knowledge left by their predecessors. Life isn’t simple when the fabric of your planet wants you dead, but we make do.
