A Tribute for William Hurt

I really, REALLY love the work of William Hurt. He calls it work and that is what it is. He respects acting, and takes it too seriously, to refer to it as anything else and it shows in almost every role he has ever chosen. He's worn many masks but has never forgotten to try to see outside from within and to ultimately understand.

I sincerely wish I had included a clip from everything he has done.

It doesn't go in chronological order of films but does go in order of decade. That is until the last few seconds when it goes backwards in order of films. I went with the 1980's films because it was easier and I didn't want to risk insanity by having to pick and choose only selected films from the 2010's to 1980's to backtrack from. It ends the way it begins in reverse because I'm a sucker for bookends and circles.

"Don't Le Me Be Misunderstood" was written by Bennie Benjamin, Gloria Caldwell and Sol Marcus. I used Nina Simone's version because... well it seemed right.
