___In the year 1983, Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra got Special Order from The then Hon`ble Prime Minister, late Smt. Indira Gandhi to implement the 20-point programme in West Bengal vide order no. F-2-38(4)83 on dated 16.04.83. In the year 1985, the Hon`ble Justice Sri Bhagabati Prasad Banerjee (Calcutta High Court) passed the order on 6th May. Cr. 4927 (W) 85 that the workers of Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra in different districts of West Bengal have the right for free movement and their activities for social welfare and rural development. After 27 years, to establish late Prime Minister Smt Indira Gandhi’s order (order no F-2-38(4)83 P.M.P.I dated 16.04.1983), the UPA Govt. came up with another historical decision about the further consideration of Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra, Rec-cum-Administrative Office at 9/3, Behari .....
