How to Make Three Different Types of Jellies : Pandan Leave with Shredded Coconut, Egg, and Coconut Milk. Adding a little modification to jelly, you can have variety of dessert tastes. It is easy and fun to make. Please watch till the end.
Ingredients:
1. Pandan leave Jelly with Shredded Coconut
Pandan leave Jelly
10 Pandan leaves
300ml water to mix with Pandan leaves
700ml water
1 1/2tsp [7g] Jelly powder
150g Sugar
1tsp Salt
Coconut Milk Jelly for topping
200ml Coconut milk
1.5g Jelly powder
A pinch of Salt
2Tablespoons Sugar

2. Egg Jelly
3 Whole eggs
1000ml Water
3 Pandan leaves
1 1/2 tsp [7g] Jelly powder
130g Sugar
1tsp Salt

3. Coconut Milk Jelly
500ml Water
200ml Coconut Milk
Pandan leaves (Optional)
80g Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
5g Jelly Powder
