We take a look at the Target exclusive Making of a Ninja 3 Pack of Raphael!

A tie-in to the new animated movie, Mutant Mayhem, Playmates is back again. It's a whole new generation of TMNT!

So, as someone who isn't fully sold on the new movie, Playmates still managed to grab my attention with some of the figures in this line. I like the ideas and designs for the turtles (for the most part) and the idea of glow in the dark figures is awesome to me.

So, let's open it up and see if Playmates can sell me on what the movie couldn't and how I rate this in regards to other figure lines.
