Watch from beginning to end if your story contains video. If your story is just text and a picture, skip to 4:03

Here are transcribed instructions:
IF YOU HAVE VIDEO ACCOMPANYING YOUR STORY:
Open Premiere
Hit FILE hit IMPORT
Go to the newsroom server
Click on MT10 Newscasts, then ARCHIVED NEWSCASTS,then FALL 2016, then your news night's folder
Click the newscast you want to pull your story from
Once the video is imported into Premiere, cut your story out of the newscast and put it on the timeline
Your story should include what the anchor says BEFORE your story (the lead for your story), the anchor talking over your video, the SOT (if there is one), and what the anchor says AFTER your story (the tag for your story)
Once that's all cut, export it the way you would for a newscast
SAVE the video on your hard drive
OPEN YouTube
Sign in using MT10's login info
Username: mt10news
check FB group for password
UPLOAD your video to our YouTube channel by hitting the UPLOAD button
Once the video is done processing, click the link to view the video
COPY the web address for your story (You'll need it in a second)
POSTING TO THE WEB:
Go to mt10news.com/wp-admin
Enter in your login info (the username is your pipeline prefix and you can contact the assistant news director for your password)
Once you are logged in, go over to the left column
Scroll over POST and select ADD NEW POST
Type in a punchy lead sentence for the title
Type the body of your story
In the right hand column, under FORMAT select:
(If you have a video accompanying your story, select VIDEO)
(If you are just posting text, select STANDARD)
Under CATEGORIES select:
Whatever applies to your story!
If it's news, select news and where it happened (i.e. MTSU, the Boro)
Feel free to add tags and separate them with commas
Add a featured image that is related to your story if you do not have video (use a stock image that is copyright free)
IF YOU HAVE A VIDEO:
You need to embed the video at the beginning of the post

with the link to your YouTube link you copied earlier in the code where the "youtube.com" is currently.
Once you are finished with your story, hit PUBLISH in the right hand column!
Visit mt10news.com to make sure it posted!
