For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 Ingredients
350 g Short Neck Clams
1 Thread Kalguksu (Korean Knife-cut Noodles)
1 Potato, julienned
1 Zucchini, julienned
1 tbsp Salt
Water, to soak clams

🔸 Sauce
½ tbsp Anchovy Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Powder)
1 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Serrano Pepper, chopped
½ Finger Hot Red Chili Pepper, chopped
1 Scallion, chopped

🔸 Broth
6 cups Water
6 Dried Anchovies
3-4 Dried Kelp Slices, 2”x2”
½ Onion, peeled and cut in half
12 oz Korean Radish, peeled (use regular radish if needed)
1 Big Green Onion, rinsed and trimmed
10 Black Peppercorns
