Azerbaijan’s president accuses Russia of shooting down jetliner unintentionally

Days after an Azerbaijan Airlines flight crashed in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev accused Russia of unintentionally shooting it down. This comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin apologized to Aliyev for the ‘tragic incident’ without directly taking responsibility.
