**Correction. In the video I mention the Leica Summarit 50mm f1.5 lens. Sorry I said it wrong. I was using the Leica Summitar 5cm f2 LTM lens. The Summitar is a soft lens at wide apertures (great for digital portraits, not ideal on film. Stopped down it gets much sharper. The Light Lens Lab Elcan replica (Leica Summicron 50mm f2 replica) is sharper than the Summitar at similar apertures and very good from f4. The Leica M3 vs Olympus 35 SP would be a closer contest if I'd shot both cameras at f8. I believe the 35 SP Olympus is at it's best at f8 (from looking at Ken's images). If you stop down to f8 all day then the Olympus film camera could be a great choice for you. If you like to change lenses like me and want a more premium feeling camera consider the Leica M3. The Olympus 35 SP viewfinder is fast to use but the Leica M3 viewfinder/ rangefinder is more magnified so is more accurate at wider apertures. (Note some miss focused images with the Olympus but not the Leica M3 film camera).
