BUILD QUESTIONS:
When I made this video the build was 200, however, unlike Dark Souls 1 where PVP is matched on Soul Level, Dark Souls 2 PVP is matched on Soul Memory (total souls from kills in regular game and pvp regardless if you put them into stats or lose them through death). So unless you are doing fight clubs that cap Soul Level builds at 150, 200, 250 there is NO point in stopping leveling your character because otherwise you will be matched up with players DOUBLE AND TRIPLE your Soul Level in PVP. So, like I said, this build was 200 when I made the video but my Soul Memory is so high now from PVP I've had to take it up to 250 just to stay competitive. So I can tell you what the stats are NOW AS OF SEPT 11, 2014:

250 level build: (was 200 at the time of the video)
DEPRIVED CLASS:
VGR: 30
END: 14
VIT: 24
ATN: 60 (and use southern ritual ring +2 for more slots)
STR: 11 (allows for Heide Sword +10 lightning in PVE)
DEX: 10 (allows for Heide Sword +10 lightning in PVE)
ADP: 14
INT: 70
FTH:70

RINGS:
Third Dragon Ring
Clearbluestone ring +2 (faster casting)
Southern Ritual Ring +2 (faster casting)
For the 4th ring I switch between Abyss Ring for Dark Magic Boost, King ring for Pyro Boost, or sun covenant ring for lightning boost depending on mood.

CLOTHING:
Chaos Hood +5 (faster casting)
Lion Mage Robe, Cuffs and Skirt (faster casting)
Note: Sometimes I wear the Black Witch Robe instead of the Lion Mage Robe to boost defense

ATTUNEMENT SLOTS: I have 12, so i switch up my spells between Dark, Magic, Pyro and Faith often
