Responding to a disturbance around 1:42 AM, officers encountered a young adult female in a locked 2011 BMW, who, despite her boyfriend informing officers she had been drinking, denied impairment and refused to open her door. The situation intensified significantly as she questioned the officers' authority and threatened to drive away. Officers repeatedly ordered her to exit the car, with the tension peaking when they were forced to threaten to break the vehicle's window to gain compliance. Following her eventual exit, she was arrested for operating under the influence, reckless driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and obstructing the administration of law, continuing her uncooperative behavior even at police headquarters during processing, where she attempted to game the breathalyzer test.
