In this 15 minute video below I explain what happened in last Wednesday’s Lords Report Stage, when it was expected that Peers would begin to debate amendments relevant to home education and the proposed Children Not in School local authority registers.

I also look ahead to the next sitting on Wednesday 28 January, when I very much expect that they will discuss the four groups of amendments which will impact all families who educate their children through alternative means than in school.
