Hi friends! Happy New Year and welcome back to the vlog ❤️

I’m SO excited to be back vlogging, and of course, this week was all about delicious food and making core memories. In today’s vlog, we’re diving into some amazing easy recipes and healthy meals, perfect for starting the year strong! You’ll see everything from my homemade vegan kimchi recipe to reverse-sear steak, Taiwanese beef stew, and so much more!

Even though it’s a brand-new year, we’re keeping some things the same—starting every day with a cozy matcha latte**! I’ve been focusing on adding more protein to my diet, so I’ve been whipping up my favorite Cottage Cheese Pancakes with blueberries every week. And lately, I’ve been OBSESSED with gochujang butter—it’s spicy, savory, and goes perfectly with crispy salmon and steak.

My mom and I also made a huge batch of vegan kimchi that I’m planning to enjoy all month long. If you try this recipe, let me know—I’d love to hear what you think!

We wrapped up the week with a comforting pot of Taiwanese Beef Stew and a fun little project: creating a 2025 Bingo card filled with all our goals for the year.
