Devan is the minister who kills his P.A for some wily reason years ago. Devan is admitted in a hospital for a heart attack. Manjulan, a doctor and is the son of the deceased. He is sure that only Devan had killed his dad. Devan dies suddenly in a suspicious manner and Manjulan is suspected by everyone. Devan's close friend, Balachandra Menon is in charge of the hospital. He treats Manjulan like his own son. Aparna who is a cop's daughter falls in love with Manjulan and she supports him. Lalu Alex is the police official who investigates the murder case. He interrogates people who have links with Manjulan. Things take unexpected turns and the real culprit is finally exposed.
