Sadie Engelhardt joins Kyle Merber to break down her 4:36.36 mile victory at the 2024 edition of New Balance Nationals Indoor to defend her title from 2023. Her performance set the new mile championship record. Sadie will join the NC State Wolfpack in 2025.
