Radiographers can work in various settings, including hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, clinics, doctors' offices, mobile imaging services, prisons, and research facilities. Some radiographers may also work in industrial settings, such as in the oil and gas industry or airports, using imaging technology to inspect equipment and structures. Radiographers may also work in educational settings, teaching and training students in the field. Radiographers in veterinary clinics and large zoos also image animals as big as whales.
